Flight Control Electronics
Flight controller and avionics hardware designed in-house: schematic, PCB layout, enclosure, manufacturing data and bring-up.
We design the electronics that sit at the center of an unmanned aircraft. Work starts at the schematic and ends with an enclosed, tested unit: component selection, power architecture, PCB layout, enclosure, manufacturing outputs and bench bring-up.
What we pay attention to
- Power integrity — actuator rails kept apart from logic and sensor supplies.
- Sensor placement — inertial sensors positioned and routed with vibration and noise in mind.
- RF performance — antenna regions kept clear of copper and components.
- Serviceability — every connector clearly identified.
The FC-1 flight controller is the product of this process, and the same team takes on custom avionics for OEM customers.
