How to order custom carbon fiber aerospace parts in volume
What to send, what to expect in a quotation and how samples and batches are handled when you order carbon fiber UAV, rocket, helicopter or aircraft parts wholesale.

Most delays in a custom carbon fiber order happen before production starts. A complete enquiry gets a faster and more accurate quotation.
What to send
- 2D drawings (DXF) or 3D data (STEP) for each part
- The platform the part belongs to — UAV, rocket, helicopter or aircraft — and the loads it sees
- Plate thickness or tube dimensions
- Quantity per order and expected yearly volume
- Any critical dimensions, hole fits or surface finish requirements
What you get back
A manufacturability review, unit pricing by quantity and a lead time. If a small change would make a part stronger, lighter or cheaper to machine, we will say so.
Samples and batches
A first-article sample can be made for approval. Once approved, the part is produced in batches and can be re-ordered against the same drawing.
